2nd Assistant Chief Josh Scalamogna was awarded the โRichard Borgoyne Presidentโs Awardโ which is awarded to any member of the department, Active or Company status, who has gone above and beyond to assist the department in non-firefighting operational areas and overall general service. The departmentโs president in consultation with past presidentโs and executive officers of the department select the member each year and the award is named after long-time Past President & Life Member Richard โRickโ Borgoyne who passed away in 2016.
