The officers & members of the Holiday Park VFD are proud to offer our congratulations to JRFF Chase Nesbitt on him passing the national examination for the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification.
He will focus on completing some additional continuing education topics associated with the EMT Scope of Practice and taking the experience he received while as an EMR the past two years to grow further as an EMT with emergency patient care.
Chase has been a valuable member of the Holiday Park VFD for several years now now; first as a Cadet at our Fire Camp then becoming a Junior Firefighter; then earning his Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) certification and taking on EMS duties and now all the time set aside for EMT training is a testament to Chase’s dedication to the fire department and the community!
Up next as a high school senior, Chase will be completing the final module of his Interior Firefighter certification journey… Keep up the excellent work Chase!
