Busy time during this weekend for our personnel as they responded to various incidents during the wintry mix period. Several of our volunteers “bunked in” while several more rotated during the storm to ensure quick response.
While at the station, personnel got to know each other a little better since it was a mix of veteran and newer firefighters as well as carry on the tradition of a group prepared “shift dinner” and catch the final match of “John Cena” in between calls.
Our larger apparatus were equipped with snow chains to assist in getting around as well as our 4×4 apparatus were also utilized for medical calls.
