Rookie of the Year is a new award here at Holiday Park Volunteer Fire Department and it is designed to reconize those new members who have gone out of their way to become a strong part of the department. The Line Officers in conjunction with the Chiefs selected Firefighter/EMR Aly Bryner as the first recipient of this award. In 2019, Aly was one of the top responders in calls and training for the year. She has also in one year, completed her Essentials of Firefighting, Hazardous Materials Operations, Emergency Medical Responder, and is currently working on her Emergency Medical Technician.
She received a custom print by Firefighter Art (Artist Jodi Monroe).
