The “Richard Borgoyne President’s Award” is awarded to a member who has gone above and beyond to assist the department in non-firefighting operational areas. FF/Treasurer Chad Westover was the recipient of this year’s award. In 2019, he spent countless hours working on the financial aspects of the department as well as building support in addition to his regular firefighter duties.
