Wednesday evening our fire department was honored by the Plum Area Youth Soccer for our services conducted at their annual summer multi-day soccer tournament that hosts over 10,000 athletes, parents, and spectators. Accepting on behalf of the department was Chief Jim Sims. The department was responsible for fire, medical, and emergency services for the tournament at the various fields and locations that weekend.
