Today is ๐ฌ๐ด๐บ ๐ฌ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐ where we focus on how our department helps to teach not only First Responders but also the community. On our staff we have certified EMS, AHA-CPR, and Stop the Bleed Instructors.
๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: We host classes twice a year for CPR/AED, Stop the Bleed, First Aid, & Safety that are free of charge. Our friends at Plum EMS also hold monthly CPR/AED classes too.
๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐๐ต ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: As part of our annual Fire Camp for Teens in the summer; we train & certify the cadets in various life-saving skills/programs.
๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: As a state certified EMS Educational Sponsor; we hold various EMS Continuing Education classes throughout the year as well as occasionally co-host an EMR Class.
