First Responders from several Plum Borough agencies took part this evening in the “SCOPE Statewide First Responder Training: Substance Use Disorder” class at Holiday Park Volunteer Fire Department’s social hall. The event hosted by Plum EMS and Holiday Park VFD provided training for first responders that will grant them with an understanding of the opioid crisis and ways that first responders can implement expanded services to reduce and prevent overdose deaths in their community.
