For two nights this week, coaches from the local youth mountain bike teams went thru emergency training in First Aid, CPR, Concussion Detection, Stop the Bleed, and sports related injuries response in preparation for the season. The class was taught by instructors & EMS personnel from Holiday Park VFD.
