Due to the on-going impact of the COVID-19 CoronaVirus and it’s anticipated lingering impact for this summer, the fire department has decided to cancel this year’s session of our annual Fire Camp & Junior Fire Academy. Our #1 priority is for the welfare of our cadets (campers) and to be able to produce a top quality program for them. The CoronaVirus has placed a few barriers to achieve that this year.

Our camp directors will be reaching out to all those who have already applied to arrange for refunds. We will keep them on the notification list for 2021 camp edition. The dedicated staff of volunteers and professionals who make up the camp’s cadre will miss the cadets; but we look forward to the future.

“The future of the Fire Service, are the youth of today.” We hope to develop more programs in the future to engage the youth in our area and keep up the spirit of fire camp.
