Over the summer and fall of 2017, Pierce Manufacturing in Appleton, Wisconsin, built our new Pumper to take over the designation of 236-Engine.  It is  2017 Enforcer PUC pumper that has a Husky 3 foam system. The truck’s engine is a Detroit Diesel DD13 525 hp engine. 750 Gallons of water plus 30 Gallon Foam Tank.   See the construction taking shape in the photos below.

Our delegation took final inspection and acceptance from the plant on November 8th and we took delivery on December 9th.  It will take a few weeks to get it ready at our station and train key personnel on operating it. We would like to thank the Borough of Plum, its council, and residents for helping to contribute to the funding of this new engine.
