236-Engine and Plum Police escorted Plum EMS Medic 489 full of toys to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation event sponsored by Plum Borough School District Stuff a Bus program tonight. Toys were collected from various organizations such as Plum Police Department, Plum Borough Administration Department, Holiday Park VFD, Concordia at Ridgewood Place, and Hanna Health Care Center of Longwood at Oakmont.
The organizers expressed how appreciative & impressed their were of everyone’s kindness and thoughtfulness working together to help make child’s holiday season.
A special thanks also to the Marine “Toys for Tots” toy drive and the Plum Borough School District volunteers for hosting the event.
