Holiday Park Volunteer Fire Department, Plum Police, and Plum EMS made a little girl happy today with a parade down her street for her birthday. Seven-year-old MaKenna Mashraky may be stuck at home due to Social Distancing, but that didn’t stop these Borough of Plum first responders from making her day special!
